Someone once said, “Without Lynn Riggs there would be no Oklahoma.” The history of Oklahoma is a trail with many twists and turns.  It is not so much a single story.  Instead, parts of it are woven from the stories of the cities and towns of our state.  For instance, the state song of Oklahoma comes from the Rogers and Hammerstein musical of the same name.  That musical was based on a play, written by a man who went to school right here where we sit today.  His name was Lynn Riggs. The Claremore Museum of History has a new exhibit, dedicated to Mr. Riggs.  But that’s not all that one can find there.

Special Guests: Tom Pool, Cindy Burrows, and Karen Bethune.
