Perspectives: Kim Montgomery, Rogers County Youth Services

Rogers County Youth Services is the only non-profit counseling agency governed by a local board of directors whose focus is only on Rogers County children, youth and families. Community Development Director Kim Montgomery joined us to talk about the need for a larger facility to accommodate those they serve.
