Michelle M. Martin is a historian with a mission- preserving the past for a better future. She is Adjunct Professor of History at Rogers State University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. And she is the Director/Historian of Little House on the Prairie Museum, Inc. located near Independence, Kansas. As Founder/President of Discovering History LLC, she has created a historical consulting company geared toward public speaking, living history interpretation, print media, and television and film.
