Segment 1:  Is there anyone among us who didn’t want to be a cowboy, or cowgirl, at some time in the wild imaginative days of childhood?  Riding tall in the saddle on the open range – what could be better?  Today, even if western movies are few and far between, we can still enjoy that fantasy – at the rodeo.  Fortunately, we have one coming up.  It’s the Green Country Classic Ranch Rodeo.

Segment 2:  The world we live in seems to get progressively more stressful.  It would be easy to think that this is caused by the proliferation of technology, gadgets, and apps.  But most of our challenges come from our relationships to other people, whether at home, school, or work.  Our guest is a therapist for individual and family therapy at Youthcare of Oklahoma, in Delaware and Mayes County.  He’s put his experience into a new book, called “The Jungle Pack: Workbook Therapy-Journal.”
