The Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce

Francisco Treviño is the President & CEO of the Greater Tulsa Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber was created to respond to the enormous impact and potential of Tulsa’s Hispanic community.  The Chamber explores business growth opportunities for its membership.  And it is the leading voice for the Hispanic business owner, promoting economic development in the Hispanic community.

New Exhibits at the JM Davis Museum

One of the treasures of Green Country is the J M Davis Arms and Historical Museum in Claremore. Several new exhibits have come to the museum.  Wayne McCombs, the director of the museum. He is here to tell us about them.  The museum is a fascinating place to visit.  Besides firearms, the collection contains 1,200 German beer steins, statues by John Rogers, music boxes of the late 19th century, swords, knives, Native American artifacts, and so much more.

Psychiatry and Strings

An encore presentation of the visit with Dr. Charles Hill, this episode looks at the state of mental illness in Oklahoma.  Dr. Hill is also an excellent guitarist, whose music is a tonic against the stresses of modern times.  It’s also just fun to listen to.
